Pat. he helped with my bags upon arrival, which i appreciated. the room was also very clean and tidy (i loved the decor!). i found the bed comfortable. It ensured a good night's sleep.
everything was great, but the street parking could be a little challenging at times.

The hotel seemed understaffed. i noticed it needed a more thorough cleaning. also, i overheard a rather inappropriate comment. A staff member made a rude remark about people from wales. this was unprofessional and quite offensive.

I have received the warmest of welcomes always. The rooms included very comfy beds and a good sized shower. The breakfast was served hot and fresh, i appreciate it.
the garden area required some maintenance, i believe. some plants did look wilted.
